Support for Developmental Disabilities

Do you or a family member experience a developmental disability? Our staff can provide care coordination, assist with setting up respite care or in-home support services, and provide referrals for other resources. We will help complete applications for services including Medicaid, TEFRA, Social Security Disability, PCA Care and Mental Health Trust Authority grants. We can also help obtain durable and specialized medical equipment, environmental modifications, and other services that assist individuals in being able to live independently.

In addition, we offer a support group for those caring for individuals with developmental disabilities.
